Orders
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so modifications or cancellations are only possible within the "first few minutes" after purchase. Please contact our support team support@kakarulabel.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our shipping partner’s website.
I haven’t received my order confirmation. What should I do?

Why was my payment declined?
Your payment may be declined due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or security settings from your bank. Try another payment method or contact your bank.
Do you offer payment in installments?
Yes! We offer Klarna and Shop Pay as a payment option in select regions, allowing you to split your payment into multiple installments.

Will an item be restocked if it’s sold out?
Some of our products are limited edition, while others may be restocked. Sign up for our newsletter to receive restock notifications.
How do I take care of my garment?
As we have dedicated time and expertise to create exclusive pieces, please wash with care.
To preserve its quality and extend its lifespan, we recommend :
› Wash at 30°C (86°F) to maintain fabric integrity.
› Can be washed at Max. 40°C (104°F).
› Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent.
› Do not tumble dry; instead, lay flat to dry.
› Iron at a low temperature if needed.
› Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.

How do I return an item?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are there any additional return fees?
As long as the product is unused, in original packaging, and complete, there are no additional fees.
Can I exchange an item?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order for the correct size or color.
