This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through the official website of KAKÀRU (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By placing an order with KAKÀRU, the customer (“you”, “your”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.
1. Return Period
You are entitled to return eligible products within thirty-five (35) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
After the expiration of this period, no returns or refund requests will be accepted.
2. Conditions of Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be satisfied:

The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, tags, and labels must remain intact.

A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

The return must be registered through KAKÀRU’s official Return Portal prior to shipment.
Returns that are shipped without prior registration or that are not submitted through the official Return Portal shall not be processed and shall be deemed invalid.
3. Excluded and Limited Return Rights
The following categories of goods are not eligible for return or refund:

Underwear or intimate apparel, unless the original hygiene seal remains attached and the item has not been worn.

Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products.

Perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Gift cards.
Sale items may be returned provided they meet all other eligibility requirements specified in Section 2.
4. Procedure for Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, the customer must:

Register the return request and follow the provided instructions.

Pay the applicable return shipping costs as displayed within the Return Portal.
Upon successful registration, the customer will receive confirmation and the relevant return instructions.
KAKÀRU reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the requirements of this Policy.
5. Condition Assessment
All returned goods are subject to inspection upon receipt at our facility.
KAKÀRU reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the returned product meets the eligibility criteria described herein.
If the returned item is found to be non-compliant (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing packaging), KAKÀRU may refuse the return and the product may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
6. Exchanges
KAKÀRU does not facilitate direct exchanges.
Customers wishing to obtain a replacement product must initiate a return in accordance with this Policy and subsequently place a new order for the desired item.
At the time of return registration, the customer may elect to receive either:
a) a refund to the original payment method; or
b) a store credit to be used for future purchases.
7. Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and approved, KAKÀRU shall process the applicable refund within ten (10) business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.
If more than fifteen (15) business days have elapsed following the refund approval and the funds have not been received, the customer must contact support@kakarulabel.com for further assistance.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
Customers are required to inspect all goods immediately upon receipt.
In the event that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must notify KAKÀRU without undue delay by emailing support@kakarulabel.com and providing the order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.
Upon verification, KAKÀRU will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, or refund, at its sole discretion.
9. International Returns and Customs
KAKÀRU accepts returns from countries in which it conducts business.
International customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any other applicable charges.
All international returns must be shipped using a traceable service.
KAKÀRU assumes no liability for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged during international return transit.
10. European Union Right of Withdrawal
If the merchandise is shipped to a destination within the European Union, consumers retain the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the goods must be returned in accordance with Section 2 of this Policy, including the requirement that all items remain unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
