How long will it take to process my return?

Once your parcel has been received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been approved.

Can I return my order without using the Return Portal?

No. Only returns registered through our official Return Portal will be accepted. Unregistered parcels or self-shipped returns cannot be processed.
